Line drying is one of life’s great luxuries, particular when the wind has swept across miles of countryside to hit your clothes with barely a road or back garden inbetween. So who would willingly use the drier, except as a laugh resort? Have we really become soo encompassed by technology that machine-dried clothes are perceived as better? *facepalms*
I don’t prefer the drier, (line-dried laundry smells so good, even in the suburbs!) but there’s no way the clothes would have gotten dry, as it is raining again today. Sometimes, we just have to compromise!
